Product Line Manager

This role is pivotal in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including crafting strategies for product availability, as well as spearheading sales and marketing efforts before the products hit the market. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a knack for meeting tight deadlines, and a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination, project management, communication, and marketing strategies for the product line.
- Ensure products are presented accurately, with detailed specifications, competitive analysis, and all necessary documentation to facilitate sales.
- Launch profitable products and solutions that respond to market demands, surpass ROI goals, and are launched promptly.
- Craft comprehensive business plans that leverage the company's strengths, consider market entry timing, product costs, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.
- Balance development priorities to achieve both immediate and long-term revenue goals.
- Manage investment allocation across sustaining engineering, new development, and strategic projects.
- Confirm that business plans are detailed and accurately reflect the product management objectives.
- Handle all routine business operations related to product management.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or product line management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.

- Proven experience in resource management, market forecast, demand analysis, and overcoming sales challenges.
- Skilled in presenting and interpreting technical drawings and IPC analyses.
- Solid understanding of product line management principles and best practices.

- Previous experience in managing aviation products through their entire lifecycle is desirable.

Account Manager
AMP Aero Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to assist our sales team in achieving operational excellence and sales targets. This role is vital to ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate documentation, and timely communication between departments and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a firm grasp of aerospace industry practices, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory and repair orders.
- Identify and flag unlinked parts to maximize sales opportunities and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Follow up with Sales Agents on pending shipments with ready-to-ship inventory.
- Maintain accuracy in open Sales and Purchase Orders.
- Prepare and submit monthly invoicing reports based on your contributions.
- Update pricing for Exchange Sales Orders, including repair fees and freight charges.
- Generate invoices with correct fees (Late, Repair, Freight, Outright Costs) for Exchange Sales Orders.
- Review exchange contracts for compliance and ensure proper documentation is recorded in Quantum.
- Confirm the exchange type and ensure alignment with contract terms.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely broker payments.
- Analyze sales data to identify top-selling parts and suggest restocking opportunities.
- Coordinate Overhaul requests for “As Removed” parts based on sales trends and leadership approval.
- Enter Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and perform additional tasks in Quantum as needed to support the sales team.
- Track AR (As Removed) – GR (Guarantee Repair) items and manage vendor RMAs.
- Support QMS (Quality Management System) compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.
